Dry and cracked hands: causes and how to solve them
Suffering from dry and/or cracked hands is more common than you think, many men suffer from it, and although we know that it is not dangerous, it is irritating and often makes us hide our hands out of shame.
In most cases, the cause of this is due to environmental conditions, the climate, the washed frequent, use products chemicals or certain affections from skin they can make you have hands droughts, cracked and/or wounded.
A perfect example of this has been brought to us by the pandemic, dry hands have increased since covid came into our lives thanks to the use of hydroalcoholic gels.
That said, there is several remedies for hydrate very dry and chapped hands, regardless of what caused it:
- Already of using products chemicals too strong.
- In the event that due to your transportation (such as riding a motorcycle) or due to your work you are exposed to harsh environmental conditions, use gloves.
- Use a moisturizer by morning and for the night.
- drink a lot Water.
- control your levels of stress. It may sound crazy, but there is relationship between stress and the eczema. So if you notice your hands going crazy from dry skin caused by eczema, take some time to self care for reduce that stress.
