Yes, choose the payment method "Livery Cash - Pago en Efectivo" and pay in cash at any Correos de España branch (almost 3,000 payment points). You just need the barcode that will be sent to your email when you place the order. That code already has all the payment information and you just have to show it at the post office to complete the payment of your order.
We are connected with Correos in real time, so once you have paid, our system will automatically confirm your order and you will be sent the tracking number of your shipment via email the very next day.
You have 48 hours to make the payment at any Correos branch, after that time, if you have not made the payment, your order will be canceled and will never be sent.

It depends on the option you choose. We have two options. 1. Standard Shipping : Shipping takes 72 working hours from when it leaves our warehouses. 2. Express Shipping 24h : Shipping takes 24 working hours from when it leaves our warehouses. Keep in mind that if an order goes out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count. If it is 72h it will arrive on Tuesday / Wednesday and if it is 24h on Monday. In addition, if you place an order on Friday from 2:00 p.m. it will leave on Monday.

Yes, we will deliver your order to any address within the countries available for shipping. We can send the order to your work, to the address of a friend, relative or neighbor. When the information is requested at the end of the purchase process, indicate the desired shipping address and the full name of the person who will sign the receipt of the package and ID. With this system we encourage you to make a gift to another person. No shipments will be made to PO boxes.

All deliveries must be signed by the recipient. If you are not at home to sign the delivery, the delivery person will leave you a notice card with the shipment details and instructions on how to arrange a new date for delivery or for collection at one of the nearest Post Offices to your address.

We will collect the package in the box in which the package was sent and after having checked in BOXSR that The merchandise is in perfect condition and correctly sealed, you will receive the return within a period of up to 14 business days with the same method of payment that you made your purchase.

1. The transport costs caused by this return or exchange are always paid by the customer, unless the product is defective.

2. The products must be returned in perfect condition and without having been opened, or the packaging damaged.

BOXSR is not responsible for customs costs or possible customs retention.

In the event of a return, we will pay the purchase price of the product less the transport costs incurred for the return. The payment will be made within a maximum period of up to 8 business days from the date we receive the package, as long as the material is in perfect condition (check Return policy).
