Standard Shipping

For orders up to 28.99 €: € 3.99

For orders over 29 €: FREE

The shipping cost of the samples is 0.99 € that will be compensated in your first order with the -15% coupon that we include in the envelope.

The Delivery time is between 2 or 3 business days for products and 7-14 business days for samples. Keep in mind that if an order leaves on Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count. In addition, if you place an order on Friday from 2:00 p.m. it will leave on Monday.

Express Shipping 24h

For orders up to 48.99 €: 4.99 €

For orders over 49 € : FREE

The delivery time is 24 hours in business days. Keep in mind that if an order leaves on Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count. In addition, if you place an order on Friday from 2:00 p.m. it will leave on Monday.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Returns

To request your exchange or refund contact BOXSR writing an email to hello@boxsr.es.

We will collect the package in the box in which it was sent. or the package and after having checked in BOXSR that the merchandise is in perfect condition and correctly sealed, you will receive the return within a period of up to 14 business days with the same payment method that you made your purchase.

1 . The transport costs caused by this return or exchange are always paid by the customer, unless the product is defective.

2. The products must be returned in perfect condition and without having been opened or the packaging damaged.
