Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 🛫

Shipments are prepared and leave our offices from Monday to Friday at 1:00 p.m. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the departure of our offices depending on the chosen option and taking into account only business days.

1. Peninsula

Standard Shipping: This shipping is free for all orders. It takes a period of between 2 to 4 business days from when it leaves our offices.

Express Shipping 24h: This shipment costs €4.99 and takes a maximum period of 24 hours (working days) from the time it leaves our offices. 

2. Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and melilla

Standard shipping: This shipping is free for orders over €39, for orders of less than this it costs €4.99. It takes between 3 to 6 business days from when it leaves our offices.

3. Canary Islands

Standard shipping: This shipping is free for orders over €69, for orders of less than this it costs €7.99. It takes between 3 to 6 business days from when it leaves our offices.

For this option it will be necessary to provide the National Identity Document with which to issue an invoice.

4. Portugal

Standard shipping: This shipping is free for orders over €39, for orders of less than this it costs €4.99. It takes a maximum period of 72 hours (3/5 business days) from the time it leaves our offices.

At the moment, we do not send samples outside the Iberian Peninsula.

5. Europe

Standard shipping: This shipping is free for orders over €70, for orders of less than this it costs €9.99. It takes between 4 to 10 business days from when it leaves our offices.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄

1. Peninsula and Balearic Islands

It includes all the autonomous communities located in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The exchange or return is free* in this area within 30 days of receiving the order.

Changes and returns

Changes and returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition it was received. The term for exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the order. The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the order in our offices.

 * Products are exempt from return if the customer has opened and/or tried them.

2. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

It includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

Changes and returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition it was received. The term for exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the order. 

Changes

The change has a cost of €7 and must be paid before proceeding with it. 

Returns

The return must be made by the client with the agency of their choice, assuming the cost. Returns can be made for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition as received. The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the order in our offices.

 * Products are exempt from return if the customer has opened and/or tried them.

3. European Union + United Kingdom

It includes all the countries belonging to the European Union and the United Kingdom. The change or evolution has a cost of €9.99.
